The magic of the holidays is hiding in plain sight at Lyric! Thanks to Shea Homes and their band
of merrymakers, elves will bring a festive twist to the model home tours on Saturday, 12/16
from 10 am – 5 pm. Kids who find them are in for a treat, and the joy extends to parents as
well.
The fun begins with delicious festive favorites of hot cocoa, coffee, and pastries in the
Community Information Center. Pick up your Elf-Finder card there. Tour the models in each
collection. Find the elf and let the sales team know where you saw the elves to receive your
stamp. Once you find all the elves, turn your card back in at the Community Information Center
to receive a tasty treat and enter to win a $250 Reindeer Buck gift card and other prizes.

The Community Information Center is located at 10877 Lyric Street, Lone Tree, CO 80134.
From I25, take Exit 192 (RidgeGate Parkway). Head east on RidgeGate Parkway, in less than a
mile, turn right onto Lyric Street.
