Lyric’s™ future elementary school officially has a name: Echo Bluffs Elementary, home of the River Otters.
Lyric at RidgeGate™ has a new name to know: The future elementary school taking shape right here in the community has officially been named Echo Bluffs Elementary, the proud home of the River Otters.
Formerly known as Elementary School 50 (a name only a spreadsheet could love),Echo Bluffs Elementary is part of the highly regarded Douglas County School District (DCSD) and is planned to open in 2027. With its new identity in place, future students, families, and staff have something to celebrate while the building comes together. Signed, Sealed, and Rising
Construction reached a big milestone in late September with the Beam Signing and Topping Out Ceremony. Lyric residents and neighbors turned out to add their signatures, which will become a lasting part of the school’s story. DCSD sends a heartfelt “thank you” to everyone who came to leave their mark.
More to Come
As construction continues, keep an eye out for upcoming community events. More chances to connect, meet future classmates and neighbors, and celebrate the arrival of Echo Bluffs Elementary will be shared soon. A new place to learn, grow, and belong is right around the corner. Let’s Go River Otters!
