RESTAURANT AND WELCOME CENTER
With tempting food and beverage offerings, and an inviting Welcome Center, this neighborhood hub will be a dynamic draw at the core of the community. From its magnificent upper deck overlooking a large lawn and play area, residents can kick off the morning with baristas for breakfast and add an exclamation to their day with dinner and drinks.
FITNESS, POOL, & PLAY AREA
Across the lawn from the restaurant and welcome center, Lyric™ residents will enjoy a fitness area and pool. With indoor and outdoor recreation areas, all-season fitness activities will be available to residents. And on warm-weather days the pool will be a delightful reason to come make a splash.
